For women living within Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs who want to feel equipped to recognise the emotional challenges that can occur during pregnancy and throughout motherhood. This Program is suited for mums-to-be who already have a history of anxiety and/or depression and may feel anxious about things deteriorating during pregnancy or after birth. I create a safe space for expecting mums to discuss their thoughts, feelings, worries and hopes whilst providing validation, support, professional guidance and direction.

For women living in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs straight after being discharged from hospital. 

You will receive strenghts based counselling, guidance and emotional support as you transition into parenthood. 

This is an opportunity to have a Texting Session with Gina to debrief about how you are feeling, managing and coping with the transition into parenthood. 

All Session can be conducted via Zoom. *Same Fees apply. 

Gina will assist you to build your Village. She will connect and refer you to public and private services and engage you with your existing supports. 

With a GP Mental Health Care Plan or a Psychiatrist Referral up to 10 sessions in a calendar year can be Bulk Billed.

Without a referral a Home Visit will cost $100.00 and a Telehealth and Text Session will cost $80.00.
